Fall Choir Season Underway

Opus One Women's Choir has its first rehearsal of the 2024/25 season on Wednesday, September 11 from 7:00 to 9:00 in the music room of Langley Secondary School, 21405 - 56th Avenue.  There is no audition to join . . . just come and sing!

We begin preparations for "Christmas Classics . . . Young and Old",  our Christmas concert filled with traditional and contemporary favourites.  There's a little something for everyone to enjoy.

Studies have shown the many benefits of singing in a choir.  It can "increase respiratory function, improve overall health, heighten your immune system, improve brain function, increase confidence, give you more energy and improve posture and balance . . . so why not get in on the health benefits of singing!
